Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Provide day-to day HR support to the Operations and work closely with HQ HR and Facilities Management Operations team on all HR matters.

. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Operations hiring (incl. job ad posting, shortlist of candidates, schedule for interviews, job offer and arrange onboarding).

. Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.).

. Conduct orientation to newly hired employees.

. Identify training courses as requested by the Operations and handle course registration and training grant.

. Perform daily check on workers attendance and to ensure the attendance is captured and approved in Operations system and HR system correctly and promptly.

. Keep track the workers OT and monitor the payroll costs.

. Update of cost allocation for the workers in the system and issue staff letter.

. Handle leave administration for the workers and liaise with Operations to get leave updates input in the HR system with leave remarks indicated in Operations system.

. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant documents and information (e.g Operations system attendance, Leave update, Performance Incentive summary, etc).

. Gather all the necessary documents and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

. Process documentation and prepare HR reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations, etc.

. Handle staff grievances and complaints and provide HR advice to the Operations.

. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation.

. Handle staff WICA claims, file WSH Incident report to MOM and follow up with the insurer on the claim process.

. Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

. Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel)

. Experience in using Timesoft/Workday is preferred.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

. Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.

. Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives

. Good analytical skills and resourceful

. Well-organized and able to multi-task.
