Job Description

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift

About the Role:

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and event coordination. As our Engagement Intern, you will support our HR team in onboarding, organising events, and maintaining staff records, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. You'll work closely with our HR professionals, gaining practical skills to prepare for a successful career in Human Resources.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing materials and coordinating logistics for weekly onboarding sessions
  • Help facilitate virtual or in-person orientation activities for new hires
  • Provide support in planning, organising, and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Help with gathering feedback and documentation post-event
  • Collaborate with the team in developing and implementing training programs
  • Assist in monitoring attendance and collecting training evaluations
  • Organise and maintain HR documents and records
  • Assist in updating trackers, templates, and reports as needed

Key Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or CapCut

Qualifications:

  • Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field

  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 16GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
