Job Summary
The HR Engagement and Communications Head leads the company's employee communication and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, improve employee experience, and ensure effective delivery of HR messaging across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR-related communication programs and engagement initiatives
- Drive strategic communication planning aligned with organizational goals
- Develop communication materials for HR policies, programs, and employee initiatives
- Lead employee engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on communication strategies and organizational updates
- Manage communication metrics, employee feedback, and engagement reporting
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all HR communication channels
- Mentor and lead the HR communications team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent
- Must be from a Tech or IT company background
- At least 5 years experience in HR Communications
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- Strong background in employee engagement and internal communications
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience handling large-scale employee communication initiatives
