The Role
The Employee Relations Lead plays a key role in ensuring a compliant, structured, and employee-centered workplace at Ecscale. This role oversees HR documentation, legal compliance, and policy creation, while supporting employee engagement, labor relations, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a firm grasp of PH labor laws, and the ability to translate company values into practical, people-focused policies.

First 30 Days
Orientation & Assessment
- Review existing HR policies, templates, and handbook.
- Familiarize with current employee relations cases.
- Build relationships with P&C and Operations leaders.
Next 30 Days (60 Days)
Process & Policy Enhancement
- Draft or update at least 3 key HR policies (e.g. Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Process, Probationary Evaluation).
- Establish standardized HR document templates.
- Propose ER tracking and documentation system.
Next 30 Days (90 Days)
Implementation & Optimization
- Roll out updated Employee Handbook.
- Conduct policy orientation sessions for leaders and employees.
- Establish monthly ER summary reports and policy compliance tracker.
