Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVES

Responsible for supporting the implementation of employee health, wellness, and welfare programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being across the organization while ensuring timely delivery of wellness initiatives, provides first-line support for mental health and occupational health concerns, and collaborates with cross functional groups and external providers to create a safe, supportive, and compliant work environment tailored to the unique needs of a high-volume, shift-based workforce.

  • At least 1 year work experience in a Compensation and Benefits or Generalist role. Experience in a BPO set up is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws, OSH and medical benefits/HMO regulations and guidelines and compliance monitoring.
  • Experience in implementing employee wellness wellness initiatives such as health webinars, flu vaccination drives, and mental health support programs.
  • Hands-on experience in HMO administration, including

> Enrollment and disenrollment processing.

> Coordinating with HMO providers on availment issues, coverage clarifications, and policy disputes.

> Facilitating annual health card renewals and benefit orientation sessions.

  • Experience in vendor coordination, helping manage HMO providers, clinic services and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
  • Exposure to Finance coordination for benefit deductions and reconciliation of HMO-related billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
