KEY OBJECTIVES
Responsible for supporting the implementation of employee health, wellness, and welfare programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being across the organization while ensuring timely delivery of wellness initiatives, provides first-line support for mental health and occupational health concerns, and collaborates with cross functional groups and external providers to create a safe, supportive, and compliant work environment tailored to the unique needs of a high-volume, shift-based workforce.
> Enrollment and disenrollment processing.
> Coordinating with HMO providers on availment issues, coverage clarifications, and policy disputes.
> Facilitating annual health card renewals and benefit orientation sessions.
