Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Programs & Events
- Plan, organize, and execute major and minor employee engagement events such as team-building activities, sports events, recognition programs, and company-wide initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including concept development, timelines, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event activities.
- Ensure all engagement activities align with corporate values, culture, and strategic objectives.
Program Evaluation & Employee Feedback
- Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to measure employee experience and engagement.
- Analyze survey results and program outcomes to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare clear reports and insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels, with practical recommendations for enhancement.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy Support
- Propose data-driven improvements to existing engagement programs based on employee feedback and evaluation results.
- Benchmark engagement initiatives and suggest innovative activities that promote participation and inclusion.
- Support HR and management in developing long-term employee engagement strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with HR team to ensure engagement initiatives are well-communicated and widely participated in.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding engagement activities and programs.
Others
- Performs other duties aside from the primary tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensures that safety rules, proper etiquette, good housekeeping, and Company policies are being observed
- Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duties and suggests possible solutions
- Practices good housekeeping daily on tools, equipment, and work area.
