Job Description

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies for the sales department.
Ensure alignment of HR policies with organizational goals and legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director - Sales should have:

A strong background in sales, OR collaboration with sales teams and/or stakeholders
Proven expertise in HR management within the FMCG industry.
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for a sales-focused department.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
