Job Description

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Drive talent management programmes including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leaders on people, culture, and organisational challenges.
  • Utilise HR data, analytics, and workforce insights to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement retention, talent acquisition, and capability-building strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and organisational governance requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimise HR processes and practices across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior or executive leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable HR solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influence, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms, workforce analytics, and process optimisation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working within global or highly complex business environments.
  • Strong background in leadership coaching and capability development.
