The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior or executive leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable HR solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influence, communication, and consulting skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Experience with HR technology platforms, workforce analytics, and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working within global or highly complex business environments.
- Strong background in leadership coaching and capability development.
