HR Director, Business Partnering Leader

Frazer Jones has been exclusively mandated to appoint an HR Director for the Philippines on behalf of one of the largest US headquartered industrial organisations in the world. The business is recognised for its strong values, high performance standards and genuinely engaging culture.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this role will lead the Philippines people agenda and serve as the most senior HR leader in country. It is a high visibility position at a time of continued growth and operational enhancement.

The HR Director will partner closely with senior executives and functional leaders to align talent, structure and capability with business priorities. Leading a capable HR team, the successful individual will shape workforce strategy, guide organisational design and steer change initiatives that support transformation across the business.

A significant aspect of the role will involve strengthening leadership capability, coaching senior stakeholders and embedding robust talent and succession frameworks. The HR Director will also drive engagement and culture initiatives, ensuring a strong employee value proposition within a fast paced, globally connected setting.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with at least 15-20 years of experience gained within complex, multinational organisations. Background in industrial, manufacturing or large scale operations will be highly regarded, as will exposure to shared services structures. Demonstrated expertise in strategic business partnering, organisational effectiveness and change leadership is essential, together with the gravitas to influence at senior levels.
