Job Description

Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals delivering digital transformation initiatives across HR functions
Drive implementation and optimisation of HR systems, digital platforms, and AI-powered solutions
Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to identify trends and translate them into scalable HR solutions
Oversee end-to-end HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes
Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget control across multiple programmes
Support design workshops, requirements gathering, and deployment of future-state HR processes and systems
Align HR transformation initiatives with broader organisational strategy and business objectives

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables:

Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement
Strong project and programme management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional and multi-layer teams
Familiarity with AI applications in HR (e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, engagement tools)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience in organisational change management and HR Business Partnering
