Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Data Entry - Onboarding , Offboarding , Personal data change
  • Maintain employee database (Main Data, HRIS, EMPRO, FMS) and Manage Employee Documents
  • Answering the phone call for Employee checking status to external parties
  • Responsible for generating employee contract for ground staffs
  • Monitor Temporary staff contract cycle in order to Renew or End contract.
  • Handle for criminal check process and blacklist data.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skill
  • Experience in MS Excel, HRIS, BI tools and Power Platform is a plus.
