Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related needs.
Streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes for efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Data Team Lead should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong expertise in HR systems and data management tools.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
A solid understanding of compliance and data security standards.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
