Job Description

Why This Role Matters

In fintech, speed, trust, and smart decisions are everything. This role exists to ensure our people and rewards decisions move as fast—and as intelligently—as our business.

As HR Data Analytics & Rewards Lead, you will sit at the centre of people data, rewards strategy, and business insight, helping leaders make confident decisions using clear, credible, and actionable analytics. You'll operate with an internal consulting mindset, bringing structure, clarity, and impact to complex workforce questions.

Where You'll Drive Value:

  • Own and lead the HR analytics and rewards agenda across the organisation, ensuring insights directly support business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with HR leaders, Finance, and senior stakeholders to translate workforce and rewards data into decisions—not just reports.
  • Build and deliver clear, compelling data stories that resonate with executive audiences.
  • Shape analyticsdriven rewards strategies across compensation, incentives, and performance in a regulated, fastpaced fintech environment.
  • Apply AI and advanced analytics concepts to real HR use cases such as workforce planning, pay equity, performance trends, and retention risks.
  • Act as a trusted internal advisor, using structured problemsolving approaches similar to internal consulting roles.
  • Define, refine, and govern people and rewards metrics that are robust, scalable, and decisionready.
  • Balance strategic thinking with handson execution, moving quickly without losing rigour.

What Will Help You Thrive Here:

  • Strong experience in HR analytics, rewards, or people insights, ideally within complex or highgrowth environments.
  • Proven capability in data storytelling—you can take messy data and turn it into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Solid understanding of compensation, incentives, and rewards analytics.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics in HR (handson or applied use cases preferred).
  • An internalconsulting mindset: structured problem solving, executive presence, and influence without authority.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and speed, with the ability to prioritise what truly drives impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • A pragmatic, businessfirst approach to HR analytics—not just theory or models.

Why Join

  • Shape how people data and rewards drive real business performance.
  • High visibility role with meaningful influence.
  • Opportunity to apply analytics and AI in practical, impactful HR scenarios.
  • A culture that values clarity, speed, and thoughtful decisionmaking.
