HR Data Analyst (Project-Hire)

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning) with strong attention to detail, particularly when handling HR data and validating reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and Power Automate.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, visualization, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with generative AI, chatbots, AI agents, large language models, or conversational AI concepts.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, conversational AI, and chatbot performance monitoring.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design, testing, and prototyping tools (FIGMA)
• Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, and HR technology platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct self-directed research and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to document processes, system configurations, and technical procedures.
• Relevant Microsoft, data analytics, AI, automation, or low-code certifications.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant course
• Amenable to a 1-year Project-based employment / co-terminus with the project
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in data analytics, HR technology, information systems, business intelligence, process automation, AI solutions, or a related field
