Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions including payroll processing, work pass administration, and HR system database maintenance to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
Administer work pass applications and renewals to maintain legal workforce compliance
Maintain and verify accuracy of the HR system database to support data integrity and reporting
Manage company vehicle matters such as insurance renewal to ensure operational readiness
Perform a full range of HR functions to support organizational needs and employee relations
Execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support HR and administrative operation
Maintain employee records.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Coordinate recruitment interviews.
Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation.
