As a Process Excellence in Talent (HR Consulting),

You own the full process transformation design cycle for your industry or function — from assessing how market forces, regulatory shifts, and technology changes are reshaping the landscape, through specifying the future-state process, to defining how people will adopt new ways of working. You're the domain authority on your team: clients and colleagues come to you because of what you know about how this industry or function actually works.

You are designing at the intersection of human, agent, and process as part of the transformation work. When you design a future-state process, you naturally consider how AI agent experiences should be shaped to serve both the business outcome and the people working alongside those agents.

The Work:

Embed AI into future state design for clients as well as in ways of working for your team using the appropriate AI tools and creating agents strategically to aid in deliverable creation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Led HR transformation projects including solution design, execution oversight, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives through engagement with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Own engagement management, including planning, budgeting, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across workstreams.

Build and strengthen client relationships to support account growth and repeat business opportunities.

Lead and mentor project teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability development of team members.

Drive practice growth initiatives, including improving productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, and supporting headcount growth while managing attrition and team engagement.

Contribute to domain development, including creation of assets, methodologies, point-of-view, research/white papers, and supporting marketing, public speaking, and industry publications.

Develop and Leverage AI-enabled tools and solutions to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and innovation across engagements.

Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.

Must have:

7 - 12 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, and management consulting

AI-led HR Reinvention, Agentic Architecture for HR, AI-enabled HR Operating Models, AI Fluency (Fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic), AI Agent Design and Orchestration

Enterprise HR Process Transformation, HR Workflow Design, HR Process Discovery, HR Process Transformation

HR Process Re-Design across hire-to-retire value chain, Process Mining applied to HR, Value Identification/Business Case Development, HR Domain Consulting

Good to have:

HR Domain Expertise, RPA/IA, Product Management, Process Mining, AI Prototype, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Low-Code, No - Code

Process Mining, RPA, UI Path, Automation Anywhere applied to HR use cases, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Workflow Design
