What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.
- Experience working in a high-volume HR environment, preferably within an offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO organization with multiple clients. (Essential)
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor practices and government-mandated benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
- Experience handling payroll support, final pay, salary adjustments, and BIR Form 2316.
- Familiarity with HMO/medical insurance administration is an advantage.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
What will you do
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
- Process government-mandated benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth contributions and loans.
- Process salary adjustments and employee final pay computations.
- Handle BIR Form 2316 and tax compliance requirements.
- Process and coordinate HMO and medical insurance for employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related HR documentation.
- Respond to employee requests and concerns regarding HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Properly handle employee complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and documentation, including taking meeting minutes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, processes, and documents.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required.
