In this Role, you'll get to

  • Partner with business leaders as the primary HR advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with managers to enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance management, leave governance, and offboarding.
  • Drive HR process excellence by standardizing workflows, maintaining SOPs, optimizing policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal governance.
  • Lead HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, technology, and data to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless execution of HR programs and consistent employee experience.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights, monitor process effectiveness, and support business and HR decision-making.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
  • Experience leading HR process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Code and statutory requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
