Role Summary
The HR Business Partner – Talent Management Lead is a strategic HR leader responsible for driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR governance. As a trusted partner to business leaders, the role aligns people strategies with business objectives, strengthens leadership capability, and fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and employee excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Lead the organization's talent management strategy, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Design and implement learning and development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
- Analyze workforce and talent data to identify capability gaps and recommend strategic interventions.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support operational and business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and organizational change.
- Coach leaders on effective people management, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and governance standards.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee well-being.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend actions to improve organizational effectiveness.
Concessionaire Governance & Compliance
- Oversee HR compliance of concessionaires, ensuring adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Lead compliance reviews, documentation, and audit readiness related to concessionaire workforce management.
HR Operations & Administration
- Provide oversight of HR operations, statutory benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Review HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Support strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for critical positions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to employee relations, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Talent Management Lead, or similar managerial HR role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, performance management, organizational development, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, manage complex employee relations issues, and drive organizational change.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, club operations, or customer service is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications: CHRP, CHRA, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent HR certifications.
Preferred Training: Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, Data Privacy, and Occupational Safety & Health.
