Job Description

Are you a fresh graduate or a graduate with honors who's ready to fast‑track your HR career Join us as an HR Business Partner, where you'll gain hands‑on exposure to strategic HR operations while working closely with business leaders and employees.

This role is designed for exceptional early‑career professionals who demonstrate leadership potential, strong analytical skills, and a passion for people and organizational development.

What You'll Do

  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and support programs that strengthen employee relations across assigned business units.
  • Assist in managing employee relations cases and ensure fair and consistent application of the Company's Code of Conduct.
  • Support line managers with HR guidance aligned with company policies and labor standards.
  • Participate in government‑initiated learning programs on labor laws and help translate learnings into workplace practices.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning activities, including documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing job competency matrices and HR documentation.
  • Take part in end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including interviews and hiring coordination.
  • Maintain and validate training records and HR documentation to support employee development programs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or graduates with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, internships, case competitions, volunteer work).
  • Strong foundation or keen interest in HR disciplines such as employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR analytics.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR concepts is an advantage, but willingness to learn is essential.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna.
