Pinnacle Quality Foods Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner Senior Manager to champion people initiatives and support the strategic and operational needs of our commissary workforce. This role plays a key part in strengthening organizational capability, driving talent development, and ensuring a high-performing, engaged employee community.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce & Talent Planning
- Contributes to workforce planning by validating staffing requirements, identifying talent gaps, and cultivating partnerships with external recruitment sources.
Performance & Competency Management
- Ensures divisional objectives align with corporate goals, oversees competency frameworks, and coordinates employee competency evaluations.
Assessment & Selection
- Leads candidate screening, assessments, and interviews, ensuring smooth onboarding through close coordination with relevant teams.
Learning & Development
- Designs and executes learning initiatives that promote the growth of employees, ensures full training compliance, and maintains accurate learning records in partnership with Corporate HR and external training partners.
Job Evaluation & Policy Guidance
- Conducts preliminary job evaluations and liaises with Corporate Compensation & Benefits for proper implementation, while providing clear guidance on compensation-related policies.
Compensation, Benefits & Issue Resolution
- Supports employees in benefit utilization and addresses payroll or benefits concerns to maintain efficient and accurate HR service delivery.
Employee & Labor Relations
- Develops engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; handles investigations and disciplinary processes; and ensures compliance with labor standards in collaboration with government agencies.
HR Budget & Compliance Oversight
- Manages HR budget usage in alignment with KPIs and ensures adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in HR business partnering
- Background in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment is required
- Proven strength in recruitment and enhancement of talent management strategies
- Demonstrated experience in training both managers and employees
- Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Must be based inor have family ties toDanao City, Cebu or nearby areas.
