About the role
The People and Culture Business Partner Officer serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, translating business objectives into effective HR solutions and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and employees to understand business needs and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)s overall goals.
- Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and compliance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to support recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Champion VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)s culture and values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to enhance employee and manager capabilities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a strong advantage.
