Job Description
The position is responsible for developing partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Builds strong partnerships with management and employees by anticipating HR concerns, recommending interventions, and aligning services with business objectives.
- Supports business units in enhancing retention, morale, productivity, and overall employee engagement.
- Assists in delivering key HR services including talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, coaching, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of HR Function, including talent management, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
