Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management course.
Must have at least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist especially in Recruitment, Timekeeping and Employee Relations.
Must be willing to be assigned at Paliparan III, Dasmarias, Cavite.
Must have an intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Administer compensation and benefits tasks (SSS Loans, HDMF Loans, Life Insurance and Retirement plans etc.)
Administer end-to-end recruitment processes (Recruit, Signing of Contracts, Fill out HR Forms, & Onboard)
Updating of Recruitment Monitoring file.
Daily Monitoring of Absences.
Filing of 201 files.
Processing of timekeeping.
Scanning and Filing of HR Files.
Processing of Exit Clearance and Exit Interviews.
Updating of HR Bulleting board.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues and all employee concerns that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
