JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner supports the organization through the design and implementation of HR programs and solutions, aligned with the strategic business goals.
- Implement strategic programs and initiatives of the assigned account/ organizational unit and relate its contribution to the overall business plans of the company.
- Develop manpower strategy and resourcing plan.
- Provide inputs and recommendations to the corporate workforce planning.
- Understand organization's HR needs and co-develop solutions and interventions with Centers of Excellence.
- Design and conduct organization restructuring programs, and change management practices.
- Develop talent management strategy and identifies interventions.
- Provide administrative and analytical support in employee movements, payroll and benefits administration, and other HR core programs.
- Manage stakeholders across all levels.
- Manage communication channels and work closely with the BU HR Heads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of work experience, with background in and exposure to HR Business Partnering or Organization Development
- Experience in facilitating manpower planning, change management, talent management, and organization diagnosis and development
- Graduate of Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or relevant course
- Excellent business communication skills
- Data-driven and analytical, with experience in preparing reports
- Has good stakeholder management
- Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
