Job Overview

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) & Employee/Industrial Relations Lead is a strategic and operational role responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, while also leading employee and industrial relations efforts across the organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and ensures a positive employee experience through proactive engagement, compliance, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee relations strategies that foster a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Required Qualification / Experience

• Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, Business Management or related field.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering and/or employee relations role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations frameworks, and HR best practices.
