The HR Business Partner provides end-to-end HR support to employees and leaders. This role focuses on employee engagement, employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee engagement and employee relations programs across assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Represent the company in government-led labor law and learning programs.
- Guide managers in the proper and fair application of the Code of Conduct.
- Develop and manage HR programs and monitor budget utilization.
- Support workforce planning and ensure completion of required HR documentation.
- Facilitate development and review of job competency matrices.
- Lead the recruitment process, including interviews and timely hiring.
- Maintain accurate training records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related course.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR projects.
- Good understanding of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
