This is a full-time, on-site position located in BGC Taguig. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with management and employees to align business objectives with people strategies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance with labor and employment laws, overseeing performance management programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in driving organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
Proficiency in Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with Labor and Employment Law
Experience in developing and managing Performance Management systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage change effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, or tech-driven industry is advantageous
