We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to support our Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and overall HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, employee relations expertise, and experience supporting high volume healthcare BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders and support departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable HR insights to leadership
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and healthcare industry standards
- Lead and support change management initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, and Compensation teams to support business needs
- Handle escalated employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary
- Coach and develop people managers on HR best practices and leadership effectiveness
Qualifications
- At least 5 years HRBP experience with at least 2 years in Management Role
- Experience in Healthcare BPO or shared services environment is highly preferred
- Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
