Position Summary
This position acts as a strategic partner to the business, seamlessly embedding corporate HR strategies into day-to-day operations and tackles the most pressing talent opportunities and challenges throughout the organization and owns and drives talent management strategies for their respective groups. They will oversee new builds and integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and integration processes within the organization in collaboration with the broader HR team. Additionally, this position will lead a team of HRBP Managers/Generalists, addressing employees and managers urgent needs, ensuring compliance with HR requirements, managing employee relations issues, and providing robust manager support.
