Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for aligning HR initiatives to business objectives of organizational units. The position will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and shall act as an employee champion and change agent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strategic partnerships across HR and business functions to deliver support that drives performance, growth, and employee satisfaction.
  • Understand and influence the business by keeping up-to-date with financials, plans, culture, and market trends, and advising leaders on resource investments.
  • Design and implement HR solutions in collaboration with Centers of Excellence, including policies, programs, talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide consultative guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR matters to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage HR data and insights to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and ensure effective solutions are in place.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least five (5) years of hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • With proven experience in designing and implementing HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Has exposure to HR analytics, metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Has strong business acumen and can understand financials, operations, and organizational strategy.
  • Can manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start immediately.
