Job Overview

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees by delivering strategic and operational HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, workforce planning, talent retention, engagement, and performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR business partnering experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to analyze workforce trends to develop effective people strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership & Strategic Support

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement people-related initiatives that drive business performance
  • Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, succession planning, and talent management activities
  • Provide recommendations based on workforce data, industry trends, and best practices

Employee Engagement & Retention


  • Conduct employee engagement and feedback activities such as exit interviews, focus group discussions, career conversations, and engagement surveys
  • Analyze employee feedback, workforce trends, and attrition data to identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend and support implementation of employee engagement and retention programs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to strengthen employee morale, productivity, and workplace culture

Employee Relations & Performance Management


  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations concerns through thorough and objective investigations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, counseling, and disciplinary processes
  • Support initiatives that improve working relationships and foster a positive employee experience
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures

HR Compliance & Policy Administration


  • Maintain working knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to employee management
  • Support risk mitigation efforts by ensuring HR practices align with company policies and legal requirements
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and employee concerns

Learning & Development Support


  • Assess employee learning and development needs in collaboration with business leaders and HR stakeholders
  • Support implementation and evaluation of people development and capability-building programs
  • Monitor effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements based on performance metrics and business needs

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, including employee relations and HR business partnering functions

Required Experience & Skills


  • Strong background in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development
  • Experience handling complex employee concerns and workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management, compensation practices, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
