About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to support the execution of human resource programs and employee relations initiatives within a dynamic multi-site operations environment. This role serves as a key HR partner to operations leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, employee programs, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and coordinate HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and people-focused activities across assigned business units.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, enrollment activities, and claims processing in coordination with shared services teams.
  • Facilitate employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process proceedings while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and organizational culture.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across assigned locations.
  • Partner closely with operations leaders to implement HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Assist in the design and execution of localized employee programs and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and HR records while ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management, preferably in operations-driven, retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making.
  • Willing to travel and support both office-based and field-based operations.
