JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Business Partner Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HRBP team. The role ensures smooth processing and delivery of HR transactions and services, supports employee experience initiatives, maintains employee data, and assists in HR analytics and reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Administration
Support HR Business Partner in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
Employee Experience Support
Assist in organizing employee engagement events and programs.
Handle employee feedback channels and survey distribution.
Assist in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution processes
Help prepare presentations and reports required for project monitoring.
Performance and OD Support
Support performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and coaching initiatives.
Support HR initiatives such as organizational development, change management, and diversity & inclusion programs.
Compliance and HR Analytics Support
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update HRIS, maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Provide administrative support in HR reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fresh graduate is acceptable, but experience in any HR related function is advantage.
With high attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
