Prime Manpower Resources Development Inc. is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for one of our clients. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team, translating business strategies into impactful people and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by deeply understanding business drivers, operational KPIs, and long-term strategic goals
- Translate business strategy into a people and culture strategy that drives engagement and performance
- Serve as the conscience of the organization, ensuring decisions consider culture, values, and employee well-being
- Lead strategic workforce planning, emphasizing cultural fit and values alignment
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to support business evolution
- Develop and implement culture measurement tools such as pulse surveys and cultural audits
- Promote psychological safety, open communication, and healthy conflict resolution
- Design and manage the end-to-end employee journey from attraction to offboarding
- Implement engagement initiatives that create purpose, connection, and belonging
- Develop recognition and reward programs that value both performance and cultural contribution
- Partner with internal communications to reinforce organizational culture and shared purpose
- Integrate cultural competencies into leadership assessment and development
- Create inclusive platforms that amplify diverse voices
- Lead change management initiatives with strong cultural awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in BPO, ITES, or service industries is an advantage
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and change management
- Highly empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
