Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Facilitate employee engagement and retention strategies
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement programs
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
Coach managers on leadership and team development
Lead or support HR projects and initiatives
