TheSenior Analyst Organizational Capability & Talentplays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the organization's talent strategy and capability development initiatives. This roleis responsible foranalyzingworkforce data,identifyingcapability gaps, and supporting the design and implementation of talent programs that drive performance, engagement, and growth through technical research and development of proposals. The Senior Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and business leaders to ensure talent strategies are aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
Strategic & Operational Execution:
Conduct comprehensive research in the fields of clinical / organizational psychology and organizational related fields. Providing insights / recommendations from research and data analysis.
Collate and organize material for various projects and presentations.
Prepare high-quality documents and research papers.
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies and initiatives.
Design and conduct surveys and experiments to gather data relevant to clinical and organizational psychology.
Develop databases of research findings, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Tools/Data/AI:
Leveraging technology, data, and AI to enhance research and decision-making:
Utilize data analytics to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
Employ AI tools to enhance research and support the SVP of Talent.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI tools and methodologies.
Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate research outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration:
These responsibilities emphasize communication, integration, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders:
Collaborate with The People Team to integrate research findings into organizational strategies.
Present research findings and data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with organizational goals andobjectives.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of industry trends and network with professionals in the field.
Knowledge and Experience:
Master's or PhD in clinical psychology, organizational psychology, or a related field in human resources
Proven experience in consulting
Proficiency in AI tools and their application in research.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of psychological research ethics
Knowledge of cognitive behavioral theory
