Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • Provides support in the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits programs of the Company.
  • Assists in the compliance to local laws, rules and regulations that pertain to compensation and benefits.
  • Performs day-to-day tasks necessary for the effective and efficient operations of Human Resources.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course;
  • At least two (2) years of HR experience specializing in government and company initiated benefits;
  • Must be familiar with other HR Functions; and
  • MS Office proficient.
