Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • To supervise the administration, implementation and rollout of the benefits programs of the Company.
  • To evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for the Company and employees.
  • To ensure employees are informed of their benefits are able to optimize applicable benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
  • Experience in a similar role for at least two (2) years.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • HRIS familiarity an advantage.
