HR Associate (Systems)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or other similar courses.
• Should have at least 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Should have significant experience in the implementation and use of HR systems, and must be comfortable in handling and analyzing HR data.
• Must have great written and oral communication skills and good analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

Job Overview:

• Manage HR systems, i.e. SAP-HCM, SAP-Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, and SuccessFactors to maximize features and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance of HR users, third-party payroll, and HRIS processors with the company's HR data governance policy.
• HR data generation, analysis, and reporting
• Perform HR data generation, analysis, and reporting.
