The HR team plays a critical role in building the talent capabilities and employee experience of Corporate IT. In this role, you will support employee engagement, recruitment, and day-to-day HR partnering activities. You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract talent, strengthen workplace culture, and support a positive employee experience.

In this role, you will support employee engagement, recruitment, and day-to-day HR partnering activities. You will work closely with hiring managers, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders to attract talent, strengthen workplace culture, and support a positive employee experience.
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through online platforms, market research, talent mapping, employee referrals, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract both active and passive talent
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and internal events from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver meaningful employee experiences
- Draft and edit internal communications, including newsletters, intranet updates, event announcements, and other HR materials
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, engagement activities, and other people-related metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, or a related area
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices; experience in the internet or technology industry is a plus
- Passionate about people and culture, with a strong service mindset and high level of integrity
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
