This role is responsible for administering employee benefits and rewards and assists in the implementation of initiatives that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Processes timekeeping and attendance
- Prepares monthly report listing for government contributions and loans (SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth Contribution)
- Processes statutory government benefits
- Processes company benefits
- Updates all records pertinent to compensation and benefits of covered employees
- Maintains 201 files of employees
- Prepares month-end reports
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from to time
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting Technology or IT-related course
- Experience: Fresh graduates and/or six months of related experience
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiar with government-mandated employee benefits
- Has HRIS experience
- Adept in MS Office applications
- Analytical and organized
- Customer Service Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
