Job Description

This role is responsible for administering employee benefits and rewards and assists in the implementation of initiatives that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Processes timekeeping and attendance
  • Prepares monthly report listing for government contributions and loans (SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth Contribution)
  • Processes statutory government benefits
  • Processes company benefits
  • Updates all records pertinent to compensation and benefits of covered employees
  • Maintains 201 files of employees
  • Prepares month-end reports
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from to time

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting Technology or IT-related course
  • Experience: Fresh graduates and/or six months of related experience
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with government-mandated employee benefits
  • Has HRIS experience
  • Adept in MS Office applications
  • Analytical and organized
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
