HR ASSISTANT, LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTS)
Work base: Compostela, Cebu
Responsibilities
Collects and submits the proposed activities for the Annual Employee Engagement calendar in coordination with the various sources of Employee Engagements;
Leads in designing, planning, and executing strategic employee engagement activities that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture;
Planning of community engagement efforts to promote the Family Welfare Program; and
Planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for internal & external platform.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Development, or any related course;
Work experience related in Employee Engagement, Training, or Facilitating events is an advantage;
