Job Summary:
The HR Assistant Talent Management supports the organization's workforce needs by applying best HR practices in recruitment, selection, and workforce planning. The role involves assessing applicants qualifications and attitudes, conducting interviews, building strong candidate relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to promote vacancies and attract top talent. It also manages pre-employment processes, employment verification, job offers, contracts, onboarding activities, orientations, and employee records. Additionally, the position supports internal hiring, trainee management, database maintenance, and coordination of evaluations, clearances, and exit processes. The HR Assistant further coordinates employee training logistics, including travel arrangements, training bond agreements, and the monitoring and safekeeping of training and workforce-related records.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply the best HR practices in recruiting and selecting candidates. For workforce planning, put the right people with right skills in a right place, time and cost.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and attitude based on the needs of the company.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools like online interviews via any social media platform.
- Coordinate with the personnel who manages the social media admin to promote vacancies based on the Manpower Requisition Form.
- Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates for the position.
- Internal hiring of our employees shall be screened, monitored, and assessed before recommending the open position.
- Conduct employment verification request, using the authorization and consent form for employment screening/background check.
- Formulate and update manpower requirement database to track the recruitment activities and the candidate status.
- Intensify relationship or partnership with different schools and local government units to post jobs.
- Preparation of job offer and employment contract for the selected candidates.
- Coordination of pre-employment requirements and submitted pre-employment requirements shall be checked and monitored accordingly.
- Preparation of new employee request.
- Responsible for the onboarding candidates, preparing name tags and HR kits.
- HR kits shall be monitored accordingly.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and New Student Trainee Orientation Program (N-STOP) except for the Code of Conduct.
- Send to all employees the welcoming message of a new employee.
- Introduce the new employee to each department on his/her starting date.
- Work or collaborate with the HR Officer Employee Information/TK-Compensation and Benefits for the updated Database of Trainees and their 201 files.
- Conduct the OJT evaluation/accomplishment report and exit clearance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your position, responsibility and treat it with accountability.
- Update database of separated trainees.
- Prepare and issue clearances for the trainees.
- Coordinate with the training department for the training of pilots and mechanics either local or abroad.
- Handles all the travel requirements of employees for flight bookings, hotel accommodations, visa processing and allowance preparation.
- Preparation of training bond agreement.
- Responsible to safekeep the training bond agreement.
- Create and update database of the employees training and their training bond agreement.
