Job Description

The Training Assistant will provide support in the planning, coordination, and delivery of various learning programs under the San Miguel Foods University (SMFU). This role will ensure a successful execution of training programs, maintenance of training records, creation and update of learning content, and provide logistical and overall administrative support for training.

. Coordinate and schedule training activities under the San Miguel Foods University (SMFU)
. Update and maintain training materials in line with SMFU branding standards
. Create learning items in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that attendance is recorded for all training activities
. Support the development and rollout of learning programs for all employees
. Generate and prepare learning reports
. Maintain inventory of training supplies and equipment
