Job Description
Handles the full life-cycle recruitment including applicant sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, and background checks for new hires. Proven track record of closing open hiring as a recruiter, has an extensive network of professionals in preferably in an IT related industry hiring various positions from non-technical to technical professionals.
- Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management with 2-5years experience in high volume recruitment.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Ensure all job vacancies and candidates are fully assessed and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all hiring are completed and closed based on turn-around-time.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various in-person and online eventssuch as job fairs, job caravans, on-campus recruiting events
- Posses good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to coodinate and collaborate with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and a team player. Experience in other hr related facets is a plus.
