Job Description

The HR Assistant for Organization and Talent Solutions will be responsible for role clarification among employees and aligning the organizational design to achieve optimum productivity and work efficiency within divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish enhanced framework and processes to define and provide clarity on the positions, levels, and work connections in order to promote harmonious relationship among employees and within the organization
  • Analyze organization design and provide recommendation to the functional head/division head/management on the ideal Organization Structure to achieve optimum productivity and work efficiency while having harmonious relationships among talents
  • Establish standards to ensure that all requests and structure are within approved industry and management standards
  • Identify Critical Competencies to promote employee productivity and efficiency
  • Identify and/or Promote clarity of Roles and Responsibilities among divisions, departments, and employees

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience and knowledge on Human Resources Life Cycle with specialization in Organization Development and Talent Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
