Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Organisational development

  • Planning & Support (Support the development and implementation of OD plans and initiatives
  • Assist in engaging stakeholders, Coordinate activities that reinforce organisational culture, values, and purpose
  • Track and support reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes

Planning and execution of OD activities (Change management focus)

  • Support the planning and coordination of OD workplans
  • Assist in the implementation of OD interventions, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Prepare communication materials and stakeholder updates
  • Coordinate training and engagement sessions
  • Support development of toolkits and resources
  • Support implementation progress and follow-through
  • Assist in developing learning materials and interventions

Staff Engagement and Culture Building

  • Support the planning and delivery of staff engagement activities and employer branding in collaboration with HR and Communications
  • Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement for leadership touchpoints and team-building initiatives
  • Liaise with external partners to support OD-related events and initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
    • At least 1 year of organisational development experience
