Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, L&D, or employee engagement
capacity.
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage
Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's training and
development programs, from conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and preparing the
annual training plan to sourcing providers, organizing training logistics, and monitoring
budgets. It also involves maintaining employee training records, administering assessments
and evaluations, ensuring compliance with mandatory and ISO/FSSC training requirements,
and preparing training reports and documentation. Additionally, the role supports
onboarding, competency development, individual development plans, leadership
development, succession planning, and other talent development initiatives
Company Events & Engagement plans, coordinates, and executes internal company events,
wellness workshops, and team-building initiatives. This role manages end-to-end event
logistics, vendor relationships, internal event communications, and employee engagement
